Hi, I'm Sarah – the face behind Sarah’s Family Kitchen!

I'm delighted to welcome you on board with my new venture: food prepping for the whole family.

Whether you're a busy parent with no time to cook nutritious meals for your kids, someone who doesn't enjoy cooking, or perhaps you’re neurodivergent like myself and fed up with throwing away ingredients that have gone out of date – I get it.

Because of my own health issues and the need to change my diet, food prepping has been a total game changer. It’s helped me stay on track, waste less, and always have something ready to feed my family.

The idea behind Sarah’s Family Kitchen is simple:
